D365 BC/NAV/Navision Support/Admin Consultants- 12 month contract - EUROPE/UK WIDE - 100% REMOTE
We are urgently recruiting for a number of D365 BC/NAV/Navision Support/Admin Consultants to work on a 100% REMOTE basis, based ANYWHERE IN EUROPE. with Admin activities 75% + NAV Application support 25%)
Scope: Provide Technical support for Navision Installations
- Work in collaboration with client teams for problem resolution, and to provide Navision architectural enhancements and strategic direction
- Manage the technical foundational components of Navision platform
- Ensure the operational integrity of all Navision systems and services including performance and capacity management
Responsible for all Navision services and system configurations including but not limited to:
- Web and application services
- Application monitoring
- Change management and the migration of applications changes into the production environment
- Maintaining applications in an optimized configuration
- In collaboration with client teams, responsible for the monitoring and tuning of SQL statements to achieve optimum performance levels
- Responsible for Navision application end user security
- Responsible for end user connectivity configurations
- In collaboration with client teams, responsible for Navision application Installations, configurations, upgrades, patches, and platform architecture design
- Ensure application related IT Ops issues are logged and tracked in accordance with problem/incident resolution procedures
- Creation of new NAV environments
