Our client are recruiting for some temporary support in IT.
The role performs the installation, repair and preventative maintenance of hardware, software, User IDs, IT process and related systems. The jobholder will resolve day-to day IT issues in creative and effective ways. The role provides support on projects and business initiatives as directed by management.
You will install and configure new IT equipment; resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware; resolve incidents with printers, copiers and scanners. You will diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and across a range of software applications over the phone or face to face.
