Software Engineer, Salisbury, 24 Month ContractSoftware Engineer required for a 12-month contract with immediate start.
Location: Salisbury
The ideal candidate will have active SC clearance and experience working with Rust, C and C++ in the Public/Defence Sectors.
- Experience writing software components using Rust and C/C++
- Experience unit and integration tests, including scripting in Bash or Python
- C/C++ Programming on Linux (GCC/Clang etc.) and Linux system tools (iptables, systemd)
- Git workflows and Gitlab CI Pipelines
- Software detailed design and documentation
- Experience defining and writing unit tests
- Familiarity with UML notation
- Control Groups / Containers (/Docker) and Data Security (OpenSSL)
