Project 1 – ACUS (Airport Common Use Services)
About ACUS - Amadeus Cloud-based Application Virtualization solution for Airports as a Saas Model.
ACUS solution based on XenDesktop / XenApp 7.6, Provisioning Services 7.6, Storefront, NetScaler, Windows 2012r2 OS and Splunk  
Project Tenure – May 2015 – March 2016

• Implemented XenDesktop 7.6 environment which includes designing Active directory and implementation, troubleshooting outstanding issues occurred during the data center implementation and also documenting these practices for future data center implementation projects.
• Implemented Active Directory Group Policy to central management of the infrastructure and various user experiences.
• Implemented Master Image Release Management which includes deployment of the master image, release management process and procedures, documentation
• Executing UAT with the end users and fixing configuration as per UAT feedback
• Inter-forest migration of users along with the existing password between two different domain
• Responsible to transition the project to support and troubleshoot all the minor and major issues
• Vendor co-ordination on the project data center implementation task
• Knowledge transfer program lead to transition Level 3 support to Bangalore, India

Project 2 – Citrix Support
About Server Base Computing – Citrix team provides Cloud-based Application provisioning and Virtual Desktop solutions to all Amadeus Internal and External Vendors as a Saas Model.
This cloud solution based on XenApp 6.5, XenDesktop 5.6, XenDesktop 7.11, NetScaler Physical appliance and EdgeSight.

XenApp 6.5 Migration

• Citrix application migration from Presentation Server 4.5 to 6.5.
• User acceptance test and fixing XenApp 6.5 migration outstanding issues with various team e.g. Firewall and various Application teams

`               XenDesktop 7.11 Migration

• Phase 1 - Prepared design documentation for XenDesktop 7.8 and 7.11 migration
• Phase 2 - Request for firewall changes and Database setup for test and production environment.
• Phase 3 – Implemented XenDekstop 7.8 / 7.11 on test environment.
• Phase 4 – Migrated VDI to test environment for pilot testing.
• Phase 5 – Implemented Xen Desktop 7.8 and later upgraded to 7.11 on the production environment.
• Phase 6 - Virtual Desktop migration to new production environment XenDesktop 7.11

EdgeSight Migration

• Citrix EdgeSight server 5.6 implementation and migration agents to the new server for reporting purposes

• Support daily run and maintenance support to all internal and external users for Citrix related issues

Project 3 Citrix Migration

• XenApp Datastore migration from SQL Server 2008 to SQL server 2012.
• XenDesktop datastore migration from SQL server 2008 to SQL server 2012.
• Edgesight database migration from SQL Server 2008 to SQL server 2012.
• XenApp and XenDesktop support.
• Co-ordination with multiple teams to complete the migration.

Project 4 Windows Jump Server support and design

• Design and implementation of Windows 2012 Jump server secure environment.
• Installation and maintenance of application on Windows server
• Providing support to Windows Jump Server environment.
• Participating in various architecture and security meetings.
• Co-ordination with various application team.
