About me:

With a decade of experience in the IT industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge in designing and implementing web-based software solutions as a lead/senior developer and technical lead. I have honed my craft on various technology stacks and developed a high level of proficiency in  Angular, Django (Python), Vue, React, and many more.

Currently, my focus lies in leading development teams, building scalable architectures, devising streamlined development workflows, and refactoring existing codebases for maximized agility and productivity.

My tenure at the renowned strategy consulting firm Roland Berger, combined with my business-focused Master's degree, have enriched my professional profile. As an IT consultant and developer, I grasp the big picture, adeptly making economic decisions in collaboration with managers and executives. I'm frequently perceived as a bridge between the realms of software development and management.

Throughout my career, I have successfully spearheaded teams of up to 8 individuals as the lead developer, consistently fostering a collaborative environment to nurture creativity and efficiency. Frontend Development: Specializing in React, Angular, and Vue, I possess a deep understanding of frontend technologies and their application in creating user-friendly interfaces.

Backend Development: Skilled in NodeJS and Django (Python), I can handle complex server-side programming needs, offering robust and reliable backend solutions.

Software Architecture: With a solid background in software engineering and architecting, I have lead multiple tech stack transitions for different products in a variety of sectors (Delphi -> Python+Angular, Embedded C -> Angular + .Net, Embedded C -> Python + QT, ...).

DevOps & CI/CD: Experienced in Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab CI, and GitHub CI, I ensure smooth and automated workflows for continuous integration and deployment.

Testing: Proficient in frontend testing tools like Cypress and Protractor, I validate the reliability and performance of the software, ensuring top-notch user experience.

Additional Skills: Although not a primary focus, I bring working knowledge in C# (.Net) and C++, adding an extra layer of versatility to my skill set.
