The project description:
The client has started a large program to digitally transform the whole company – from marketing & sales to supply chain, logistic and production.
As a digital transformation consultant, the role consists of identifying opportunities, where digital can leverage potential for improving business operation.

The high number of changes needed to be managed efficiently to ensure the successful completion of the project.
