Key Deliverables
* Customer service module association with the Service orders and Work orders by receiving a
complaint from customer through third party tools.
* Newly created Storage locations are tested against possible movement types like receiving goods
against Production order, Purchase order, Physical inventory, return goods into the Receiving
location of occurring in Production system to mimic.
* Testing the PDF forms as output from Purchase orders to test for specific change.
* Running the Production scenario for manufacturing a Serialized and Non-Serialized material.
* Goods issue of Raw material components into the production SLOC for manufacturing activities.
Sometime this can also include the WM staging i.e when raw materials are Warehouse managed to get
them transferred into Production location via Transfer requirement.
* Functional processes related to PP/QM integration quality inspection lots arising out of
In-Process Production order and GR Completed production orders to identify defects using the
Routing operations.
* Setting up of Defect codes deemed to be related to Notifications/NCMR that can be generated out
of result recording screen in the system via QA41 catalog maintenance.
* Assigning the defect codes against routing operations from an upload custom program developed
specifically.
* Checking the user roles privileges related users those are allowed to access restricted
transactions.
* Making the disposition decision from handling NCMR of defect from result recording via QM02
* Checking the material types those require serial numbers to be entered as defective pieces at
the time of recording.
* Checking the sequential execution of result recording of routing of operations.

Key Deliverables

* Responsible for functional aspects of orders, invoices, output conditions, mappings and IDOCs
with the corresponding EDI/XML files for crucial values in it along with mapping the segments
from X12,EDIFACT,flatfiles to different segments of IDOC with the help of mapping specifications.
* Mapping the X12 EDI files like 850, 810, 855, 856, 852 etc to corresponding IDOCs eventually was
able to interpret the interchange without referring to the mapping document.
* Efficiently performing sensitive activity of upgrading existing SAP R/3 Release 3.0 to SAP ECC
6.0
* A good understanding of the creation, modification of IDOCs and their relation with ALE/EDI.
* A brief involvement in the concepts of MM, FI integration with SD.
* Functional knowledge on the Backorder processing, EDSDC, EDPAR, PUMA etc.
