The last 20+ years I worked in large global and regional ERP SAP imple-mentations, gaining high level of expertise for the full range of ERP project management activities. I built up a broad integration knowledge and experienced cultural diversity through assignments in China, India, Greenland, the US and Europe.
Throughout my professional years I lead a team of project managers, act as member of the leadership team for business transformation projects, managed a global SAP ECC and CRM upgrade, and delivered various Commercial and Supply Chain/ factory implementations as SAP project manager and coordinated system migrations. I started off as ABAP and SAP script developer and functional consultant for SAP Production Planning and Execution.
Currently I work as independent consultant with an assignment at MV Werften Fertigmodule GmbH, leading their SAP ECC implementation and the concept development for adopting the RFID and MES technology into their logistics processes.
Relationship building and driving for results are part of my core leadership skills. As relator I am very strong in building effective teams while as achiever I am capable to focus and to successfully deploy strategies.
My optimism and can-do-attitude alongside with a distinct adaptability and self-motivation allows me to work comfortably in changing environments.
