- Preformed system SAP ECC and IDES installation and Performed System refresh activity on ABAP as well as ABAP plus Java System also performed partial restore.

- Service marketplace related activities: Raising OSS message with sap and opening OSS connections.
- Registered Developer User-id, objects and request license key. Created S-user id and provide appropriate authorizations to them.
- Providing regular incident solution/support within the SLA duration using HPSM. Configure printer on sap as well as on OS level.
- Background Job administration in SAP and worked on third party tool Redwood Cronacle, UC4 ,Printer Management, User management, file system Management.
