- Configure and implement Materials Management & Warehouse Management complete scenarios as per client and user’s requirements
- Configure complete Material & Service procurement scenarios from Purchase Requisition till Goods Receipts (it includes auto triggering procurement proposal through MRP material requirement planning and Manual PR creation)
- Configure PR,RFQ, Contracts and PO release strategy along with workflow as per HR organization structure.
- Implement different scenario of contract (quantity and Value contract) and schedule lines
- Configure complete solution of Inventory management (IM) i-e Goods Receiving, Goods Issuance, stock transfers, Stock transport order (STO) & Reservations, Batch Management and material tracking up to Bin Level
- Configure complete solution of Physical Inventory (Physical Inventory document, Inventory Count and Difference posting)
- Configure different scenario of Invoice postings as per client requirement
- Configure a complete solution Procure to Pay
- Configure Document Management System (DMS) for RFQ enquiry, Import Material
- Sound Knowledge of Logistic Information system (LIS)
- Configure Notification for intimation regarding Vendor
- Configuration of Shipping and Transportation & Distribution module to calculate shipment costing
- Configure MIC, Inspection plan and Usage decision notification
- Configure and implement project system module in Procurement perspective
- Good Integration knowledge with Sales & distribution, Project & system, Plant Maintenance, Quality Management, Production Planning, FICO, Enterprise Portal & SAP IS OIL
- Sound knowledge of different procurement and Inventory management scenarios
- Develop business process list and business scenarios and conduct UAT through Solution Manager
- Develop user Acceptance testing script (UAT) and Unit Testing script (UT)
- Participate in Steering committee meeting and recommended changes when required
Support Role:
- Act as user support and help in case of any trouble shooting
- Responsible for the development of test plans, various program specifications and the documentation for MM modules
- Also in charge of testing and issue solutions for the customized SAP MM applications
- Investigate user problems and needs, identify their source, and determine possible solutions
ABAP Related Activities:
- Developing Functional Specification forms includes defining the technical details for the script developments
- Identifying the BADI’s which required for the enhancement of system as per the client requirement
- Mentoring the ABAPER in developing the customized application for Petrol, Low pressurized gas cylinder handling and diesel movements which includes the tank lorries handling and finished goods(petrol, diesel) storage tanks handlings i.e. the product calculation as per the tank calibration& quantity conversions as per ASTM table
- To Define the technical details for the development of the user interface and applications
- Mentored the ABAPER for the development of the integrated scripts and reports.
- Identifying USER Exit in MM area for the enhancement of system as per the client requirement
