(1) General Management with overall operational and P&L responsibility for the entire GmbH and its employees. Direct report to company owner in Switzerland. People management of recruitment consultants, researchers and team assistants. (2) Operational recruitment and revenue generation with responsibility for individual annual quota plus combined team quota.
