Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying user requirements & conducting business process mapping
- Worked on SAP S/4 HANA 1709 upgrade function with new functionalities
- Extensively worked on User Experience (UI or Advanced version of SAP Fiori)
- Conducted AS-IS study, prepared BBP and baseline configuration
