Optimity Advisors GmbH is the Swiss subsidiary of an American Consulting Company with worldwide 350 consultants. Optimity Advisors is working in US, UK, Europe and as well in the EMEA region. Strong in planning and developing new digital business models to help their clients turn their disruptive actions into new digital business models.

I was responslible to build up the organization in Switzerland including hiring team members, establishing governance and processes and consult clients in the Re-/Insurance sector in their activities to change their business strategic as well on the operative level. We worked always agile if possible and in mixed organizations as well. Project Budget for 2016 – 2018 20 Mio USD

truecom partners was founded in 2003 by myself as a so called “boutique” consulting company mainly focussed on the financial service industry. With my background of more than 35 years of experience in the Direct-/Reinsurance Industry I developed a broad personel network and could work in many projects (Strategic/Operational) along the Insurance sector mainly out of Zurich.

My aim was to to stay like a “family” and I was able to hire up to 10 consultants and as well one buisness partner.
