Optimity Advisors GmbH is the Swiss subsidiary of an American Consulting Company with worldwide 350 consultants. Optimity Advisors is working in US, UK, Europe and as well in the EMEA region. I was responslible to build up the organization in Switzerland including hiring team members, establishing governance and processes and consult clients in the Re-/Insurance sector in their activities to change their business strategic as well on the operative level.
