For me, a healthy organizational culture means strengthening trust and narrowing the gap between management and team. Lean-agility is, in my opinion, the best approach for this.

My name is David Jahn, I am an Agile and Process Coach. As a trained engineer (focus on software and product management), I have been in contact with Agile working methods for over 5 years. After successfully completing my bachelor's degree, I completed further training in coaching areas and successfully received my SAFe SPC certificate in February this year. I am German and fluent in business English, having my own business in Switzerland. 

As an Agile Coach ( I support and enable organizations in their agile transformation. I have experience in health, automotive and software development.
In pedagogical courses and as an online teacher, I was able to learn the importance of empathy and communication skills and use them specifically in my daily work.

Responsible for the process supervision and optimization in the operational process execution. Accountable for the correct data implementation of the specialists and tracking of the correct radiation.
