communication, while designing a Change Agent Network where Middle Management
within the impacted stakeholder groups at BMW manages and drives the change top
down to the impacted operational employees. Orchestrating DXC's praised representation
at the client's single biggest annual client event, the BMW IT fair in Munich, was one of the
team successes. In addition to providing an End-User Readiness Assessment and Change
Impact Analysis, all contractual milestones prior to and during the team's involvement
were successfully completed and signed off

client counterpart. Despite a number of challenges due to the organizational structure,
