Description The newly signed Agile Contract for Philips Managed Workplace focuses on enabling
program initiatives, Epics and its activities with a goal of driving for a client satisfaction
(CSAT) score of >8 and introducing automation as well as user experience (UX)
measurement and governance throughout the entire agile adoption. To enable these
goals, MoC is part of the full-service life cycle facilitating agile Innovation and adoption,
where permanent MoC roles are embedded at the regional level to ensure a closer reach
and rapid turnaround of local service issues and service enhancements.

Description As part of Reset! activities in the End-User Computing contract as delivered by DXC with
BMW and reporting to the Account General Manager, the MoCC team owned
communications to their identified stakeholder groups and handled all project and team
communication, while designing a Change Agent Network where Middle Management
within the impacted stakeholder groups at BMW manages and drives the change top
down to the impacted operational employees. Orchestrating DXC's praised representation
at the client's single biggest annual client event, the BMW IT fair in Munich, was one of the
team successes. In addition to providing an End-User Readiness Assessment and Change
Impact Analysis, all contractual milestones prior to and during the team's involvement
were successfully completed and signed off

Description As part of the Energy Client's "Digital Workplace" Agenda, DXC was contracted as provider
in the "MyDevices" category to manage a major hardware refresh and Windows10
migration program. In this context, a separate workstream for Management of Change
was created where I lead the Change-related communications projects together with a
client counterpart. Despite a number of challenges due to the organizational structure,
both client and account management expressed their satisfaction with the professional
work of the communications team, supporting the migration project.
