issue details to provide solutions and complete deliverable on-time.
* SAP Note implementation and resolving conflicts.
* Responsible for Entire Heuristic and Deployment planning across the geography.
* Handling CIF to publish change pointers towards execution system & vice versa.
* Ticket management - resolving ticket with SLA & monitor entire team dashboard.
* Documentation of affected business processes due to upgrade and working on the solution design
to restore the affected processes.
* Vendor setup and test the ETE flow.
* On call support to the users from Asia, North America and Europe.
