Duties:
* Running and Managing the kitchen and Staff
* Stocktaking and Ordering
* Stock rotation
* Keeping stations, fridges, freezers kitchen in general neat, clean and sanitized. (HACCAP)
* Running the pass during services
* Menu planning, and according to dietaries
* Cooking, Preparing and plating of all meal
* Training staff in baking and New material
* Ensure food to look presentable
* Assist where needed
* Keeping kitchen up to Kariega standard
