CAD/CAM Programmer

I am fully skilled CNC Programmer and CAD/CAM Programmer/Engineer. I have more than 12 years of experience with programming cnc machines (include CNC milling machines (3, 4 and 5 axis milling machines), CNC laths (with live tools and also with Y axis) and CNC routers). I have a lot of experience with making final price for metalworking. I am able to make file price from technical drawing, 3D model or from photo of the final product.

CNC Milling:
I am able to create cnc toolpaths by hand code or by CAM Software (HSMWorks, Surfcam, CAMWorks, Fusion 360 CAM, Inventor HSM, Mastercam and WorkNC). I am able to make CNC toolpaths for 3, 4 and 5 axis machines (including 4 and 5 simulataneous milling)

CNC Lathes:
I can create CNC toolpaths for classic CNC lathes, for CNC lathes with live tools and also for CNC lathes with live tools and with Y axis.

CNC routers:
I am creating toolpaths for these machines by solid models or by technical drawings or by DXF/DWG files.

I have a lot of experience with a lot of materials like aluminium, steel, stainless steel, plastics, woods and synthetic woods (like Ebaboard)

I am working in automotive but I have experience with general engineering too.
