As Aeronautical stress engineer I have collected more than ten years of experience working on many high tech projects within company such as EADS, Cassidian, Premiun Aerotech and Eurocopter.
My competence and skill are based on a deep knowledge on Finite element analysis and hand calculation applied on design and analysis of Structural Aeronautical parts, some of my projects included also Fatigue and Damage tolerance analysis as well Concession and In Service Problem.
WORKING EXPERIENCE:
? 09/10-now Senior Stress Structural engineer responsible for certification of primary structural parts, as longeron, top plates, Cargo door frame (composite part), Cargo door sidewall, Up latch and Down latch brackets, DFEM validation of A400M Rear fuselage and Cargo Door. Project at PAG Augsburg.
? 01/07-08/10. System and stress engineer for Ata 21-Temperature Control System of A400M at EADS Manching.
? 04/06-12/06. Stress engineer responsible for system installation (pipe and brackets) of ground refuel riser, hydraulic system, heating system of A400M at EADS Ottobrunn.
? 03/03-03/06. Project at Eurocopter Deutschland Gmbh - Donauwörth GME12 within the Technical Support department for Military Helicopters, responsible for reparation and structure modification (installation of SATCOM, floor reinforcement for heavy transport etc),fatigue and damage tolerance analysis, and extension of operative life of CH53;
? 03/01-10/01. Employed at EADS Ottobrunn within Fatigue and Damage tolerance group on A340-600;
? 03/01-10/01. Employed at Eurocopter Donauwörth within Strength and qualification department for Airbus and Aircraft component;
? 03/99-02/00. Project at Eurocopter Deutschland Gmbh - Donauwörth Fatigue group within the Strength and qualification department for Airbus and Aircraft component. Perform fatigue and damage tolerance justification, and test request. Responsible for the In Service Problem. Design of pax & service doors of 728J Dornier concerning fatigue aspects. A340-600 Fatigue certification for the fuselage;
