My first degree as an IT system consultant (IT System-Kaufmann), combining business administration, hardware and software system technology, gave me the opportunity to start a career working with complex IT products. I could gain a lot of experience in bringing a high level of technical expertise into the sales process in the last 5 years. From selling complex integrated communication solutions and coordinating the implementation with partners, to demonstrate the value of the products, I was also responsible for developing the market.
The success factor of my last and current assignments was building, maintaining and developing relationships with customers and partners, as well as training and supporting them in complex IT challenges. I easily connect to customers and co-workers at all levels and make them comfortable collaborating with me. I have proved to be pro-active and a self-starter. Working and cooperating with the high and the middle management was always part of my work, which I found challenging and interesting.
As Virtual Partner Account Manager within Cisco, I was assigned to introduce new product ranges and market opportunities to high end partners. This required unique professional and personal competences in order to build an excellent relationship on this level. This experience has provided me with the necessary professional and personal competences to build excellent partner relationships and negotiation skills.
I am considering myself as a self-driven person that is passionate about IT solutions. Im always looking for more, without being afraid to learn from others.
