Product Owner und Business Analyst

I am a Business-IT-Consultant with three years of experience in Business-IT Alignment. During my professional career, I adapted the roles of a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Requirement Engineer, Enterprise Architect, and Program Manager.
Understanding the versatile viewpoints of both Business and IT, bridging their gaps, and continuously improving an organization in a collaborative way is exciting me. According to feedback from colleagues, I can highlight my skills in analyzing and understanding the interrelations of Business and IT components. By switching between viewpoints and through customer-oriented communication, I develop those solutions that give your customers added value.
In my current career development as an IT Consultant in the area of Enterprise Architecture Management, I am faced with many professional and personal development opportunities that allow me to gain experience in several areas. I am responsible for the specification of requirements in agile and end-to-end product development processes. Besides engaging with stakeholders, I am elaborating all kinds of artifacts such as Roadmaps, Epics, User Stories, or anything that just works right to facilitate cross-functional communication. Furthermore, I get insights into multinational programs and project work of custom-developed software. I especially enjoy its fast-paced, complex, cultural-diverse, and process cross-cutting nature.
In parallel to that, I am engaging in internal business development and community activities, represent Capgemini at conferences, and support partnerships and tender preparations.
In past internships, I established and automated processes while gaining insights into complex application portfolios. I performed high-quality data and process analysis in global scaled environments. As IT-Controller, I was responsible for KPI development and budget planning. In my research, I focused on the relevance of an enterprise’s socio-technological system when aligning Business and IT. Additionally, I am developing basic Japanese language skills and have an initial understanding of the Japanese culture due to my semester abroad in Tokyo.
