- Being backed by 2 well-known investors - Holtzbrinck Ventures & Cherry - Talea set out to increase
economy of scale and consolidate the German home healthcare market. To build Talea's B2B digital
ecosystem, I recruited and led 8 highly skilled and exceptionally high performing IT engineers. Talea's
SaaS platform consists of a mobile-first product for caregivers and an ERP web app for the back office
management. Critical success factors have been my careful tech stack and architectural choices as well
as my constant efforts to balance demands for fast innovation (whilst integrating decades-old healthcare
ERP systems), quick iterations, quality and production ready stability.!

- Head of Software Engineering
- Senic is a hardware & software company building a B2C IoT smart home platform. To bootstrap their
software department, I hired 10 engineers and directed technical innovations through the early adoption of
newest trends such as Kotlin for Android and Swift for iOS/macOS as well as adopting Bluetooth Low
Energy with React Native for efficient cross-platform development.!

- Yetu AG was a Berlin based IoT startup that built an open smart home platform. Before its insolvency, I
maintained and added various backend and web frontend services within a complex micro-services
architecture. It was this startup that made me finally embrace pair programming and TDD.!

- I developed a mobile learning app for T-Labs/Deutsche Telekom for both Android and iOS in a team of 6
engineers. Consecutively I built and maintained the company's flagship product - a B2B digital publishing
SaaS platform, consisting of white label Android/iOS apps and a web app.!

- Before completing my university degree, I had already been working full-time and part-time as an
IT Engineer and IT consultant at various technology companies, including Audi, General Overnight,
McDonalds, Nintendo of Europe and also abroad in Jakarta at Konimex, a large pharmaceutical company.!
