Carlsberg Group - Project: Cash Race
Responsible solution architect for one of the highest prioritized projects with
highest return of investment at that time in Carlsberg Group, obtained by reducing
working capital in areas of Procurement (DPO), Sales (DSO) and Inventory (DSI).
Nordic Sugar - Project Supplier Integration
Technical Project Manager and Solution Architect for implementing the first supplier
integration in Nordic Sugar (at that time Danisco). Created a foundation that is
still used as case study for Supplier Collaboration with many other clients.
