DCJ (Digitalized Colleague Journey) is a program worked as Environment Manager where we had
provided the infrastructure (Build SAP Landscape for SAP HR and PI systems) and SAP support for DCJ
project.
It is one of the largest transformation projects for Lloyd for 75000 + Employees,
* As part of this new project, Human resources and CRM on SAP migrated to cloud based software
platform Workday and Service NOW. At the same time SAP Portal and NAKISA (Organizational
Hierarchy Mgmt. S/W) not in scope any more.
* During this project, we had communicated and coordinated with various teams - Functional HR,
Abap Developers, Integration & Test Teams along with Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and WORKDAY.
* We have executed the DCJ Project successfully and after many regression and DRY Run.
* The various teams comprises to make this digital journey successful are -
