Responsible for Enabling/Implementing the System Design for A350 Variants Wing Sections of Serial MSNs
To contribute the design of Digital mockup(DMU) by considering the internal and airworthiness requirements and coordination with other major sections on interface/frontier alignment.
Standard(Fasteners, brackets) or non standard (Sheet metal, Machined) components selection/design based on the environment factors (operating temperature, Hot, Fuel, hydraulic zones etc) and Engineering requirements( Electrical, Stress, material compatibility, Weight etc).
Configuration and Change Management based on MODs, Change Requests(CR), improvements etc to manage the new product structure with corresponding validity in PLM tools.
Managing the design and process flow of system & structure interface points(IPM).
Creation of 2D/Full 3D enrichment information in design tool with environment for cable Installation design and manufacturing.
Creating BOM and ECN attributes in PLM tool for the new drawing set configurations.
In new configurations, Supporting the installation team for deciding the installation sequence during the prototyping phase and to adapt the design changes accordingly.
Managing the workflows of Non conformities(NC), Design Query Note(DQN) and Service Bulletins.
As Quality Checker – Responsible for compliance checks for the quality of Draw Sets including 3D design, 2D drawings, BOMs and ECNs delivered by different suppliers.
To ensure input and design requirements MOD TRS, SIDP, TDD and Manufacturing guidelines are implemented as defined
To enable design review meetings with suppliers and technical approvers to clarify the discrepancies.
Maintaining Checklist follow ups, Providing quality KPIs for supplier deliveries.
As Design consultant - Creation of ATA 92 Installation environment for specific Design Solutions from A320 ACF DMU for new Configuration MSNs
Generation of ATA 92 2D Installation drawings, BOMs and ECN for electrical system installation.
Coordination with the quality team, Manufacturing and Design office to ensure the requirements fulfilled for deliverables on time.
Responsible for System Installation of serial MSNs Design based on the change requests provided in inputs(like Brutto Sheet, VKMs, VKHs, CRs and DQNs etc) and requirements.
Design data migration from Catia V4 to V5 based on requirements and product structure creation with quality design data by considering proper electrical connectivity, geometrical parameters etc.
To support the 2D team by providing necessary inputs for enabling their tasks.
To ensure the design quality is as per the guideline requirements for the deliverables.

To define the installation methods and interconnection between sensors and Remote Acquisition Units(RAU) by fulfilling the regulatory requirements.
Creation of proptool, 3D geometrical information for supporting the manufacturing team and form board creation.
System Installation drawings, Manufacturing drawing, BOM and ECN creation.
