  • Responsible for Enabling/Implementing the System Design for A350 Variants Wing Sections of Serial MSNs

  • To contribute the design of Digital mockup(DMU) by considering the internal and airworthiness requirements and coordination with other major sections on interface/frontier alignment.

  • Standard(Fasteners, brackets) or non standard (Sheet metal, Machined) components selection/design based on the environment factors (operating temperature, Hot, Fuel,  hydraulic  zones etc) and Engineering requirements( Electrical, Stress, material compatibility, Weight etc).

  • Configuration and Change Management based on MODs, Change Requests(CR), improvements etc to manage the new product structure with corresponding validity  in PLM tools.

  • Managing the design and process flow of system & structure interface points(IPM).

  • Creation of 2D/Full 3D enrichment information in design tool with environment for cable Installation design and manufacturing.

  • Creating BOM and ECN attributes in PLM tool for the new drawing set configurations.

  • In new configurations, Supporting the installation team for deciding the installation sequence during the prototyping phase and to adapt the design changes accordingly.
