Working for the past decade in web development, I constantly learn and added new skills.
Especially a certain set of soft skills from my background of voluntary work as chief of the German scout movement in Northrhine Westfalia helped me a lot in the past to not only understand business cases quite fast but also accelrate team building processes and shaping an open minded, fault tolerant and highly engaged environment.
My main focus besides building architectures on cloud paltforms like AWS and Azure is developing microservices and serverless functions in NodeJS and Python mainly.
I am an enthusiast of pair programming and TDD and love to work with juniors to bring them to the next level.
