    II) Process Mining & Digitization

    In the past, it was sufficient to look at processes with a focus on business process management. Unfortunately, these processes designed and analyzed in this way had nothing to do with reality - even less are these processes suitable for being digitally reproducible and manageable today. The solution is process mining. This approach combines the familiar business process management in terms of simple visualization of complex processes with in-depth analyzes from pre-sales to after-sales. Process performance and processes are recorded in real and as they are. Necessary conclusions can be drawn from validatable data.
