* CRM Loyalty Project (35 Mio USD) as Analyst :
Responsible for the analysis of the Turkish Airlines CRM Project's Loyalty Program module
(Miles&Smiles). CRM was defined as the most large-scale project at Turkish Airlines and one
of the most large-scale projects in Turkey. I had a key role in analyzing, defining and
documenting the previous loyalty tool (Crane) and defining the requirements of the potential
new tool, working with business units interactively while determining their requirements.
Attending the vendors' product introductions. Working with the vendor which the Turkish
Airline choose for the Loyalty program (Comarch). Documenting all of the processes of the
Loyalty Program. Doing the SIT tests via SOAP UI. Supporting the UI tests.

* Address Verification Project (200 K USD) as Analyst & PM:
Analyzing the address quality of 10 Mio local and foreign members. Meeting with the leading
companies local and international. Preparing the requirement and POC document of the
products. Managing the tender process of the products. Verification of the 10 Mio member
addresses with the batch process. Integrating this verification process in real-time on the
web page. There are two different external services integrated into Loyalty Membership
Portal with this project.




* Mobile Phone Number Verification Project (180 K USD) as Analyst & PM:
Analyzing the address quality of 18 Mio local and foreign members. Meeting with the leading
company in Turkey. Preparing the requirement document. Managing the tender process of
the product. Verification of the 18 Mio member mobile phone batch process.

* Miles&Smiles Mobile App Project (300 K USD) as Analyst & PM:
Documenting requirements and use cases with interactive work with the business units.
Working with UX design company. Dividing the scope into sprints. Determining 20 campaigns
and segmented the loyal members according to these campaigns

* FFP Digital Card (Digital Wallet) Project as Analyst & PM:
Analyzing the demand came from Star Alliance. Defining the requirements with the business
unit. Integrating program web services. Working with the UX design company. Giving
approval from the Star Alliance.

* Preparing weekly executive reports to VP of Turkish Airlines IT headquarter (600 people
inside). This report shows project budgets, efforts, targets, increments and impediments of
the large-scale projects. working with the directors in order to take information and take
reports from different systems. Summarising all of this information with the "Tableau"
reporting tool.
* Analysing the risky items on the large-scaled IT projects' contracts before they
signed. Working with law department interactively and negotiate with the vendors.
* Preparing the financial reports of the IT headquarter. The reports show the expenditures
as Opex and Capex and expected ROI (return of investment) as a project base.
