BIM Manager & Revit Specialist

Diana AL Skaff  an architect who obtained a degree & professional  architect license from a reputable engineering & architecture university in Syria, known for producing world class engineers & architects. Diana has over 8 years of experience in Architecture, Concept Design & Planning. She is a detailed oriented BIM coordinator who has worked on some of the mega projects in GCC such like Doha Metro Station and Werner Bros in Abu dhabi. Her main competency is architectural detailing and coordination with different trades , and also lead project teams consisting of architects , structural , and MEP engineers and modeler to successfully implement BIM during construction. In additions, to add to these enumeration of experience is her passion in teaching/supporting multiple Autodesk software  which directed her for obtaining Autodesk Professional certification in 2015. She had been applying this higher sense of awareness to various projects and was able to conserve and save time & cost  for both client & contractor. Diana as a BIM Manager overseeing all BIM technologies aspects and focusing on revamping the firms BIM initiatives from the ground-up, including defining a BIM strategy, implementing systems for communication and data exchange ensuring seamless collaboration, managing people and resources, monitoring the process for potential improvements, and implementing enabling tools for designing, developing, delivering, maintaining and turning BIM environment into a productive and collaborative one.
