Project: X2X Software Roboter
X2X Software Robot is an extremely flexible, universal application for file transformation, source
code generation and implementation of robots (processes). Main components of this application are:
x2xGen.exe - is the parser for input files by using a "user defined type" and at the same time the
generator
of output files (source code) based on "user defined pattern". "user defined type" and "user defined
pattern" are described in a proprietary x2x script language.
x2xEditor.exe - is the GUI application for create/edit x2x projects by templates and create/edit
robots.
x2xClip.exe - is the tool which run the created x2x robots.

Responsibilities:
Based on email specification wrote/test/debug all the X2X Software Roboter components and create
setup for the product.

Project: Dynamic Motion Therapy (DMT)
The Juvent-Medical DMT device is a vibration platform which offers a safe and effective therapy for
osteoporosis clients.
The DMT device is controlled by a MSP430 family processor from Texas Instruments.
DMT software consist in a windows GUI application developed using Visual C++ and an embedded
application written using IAR compiler (C and assembler) for the MSP430 family microcontroller. The
two applications communicate locally via serial port or remotely via modem. The GUI application is
used for fast setup, test and download the PCM Data
(Patient Compliant Data) from the DMT devices.

Project: VisionFM
A professional facilities management software. It is used to manage organizational property and
assets. It combines a powerful database with CAD software to display space information both
alphanumerically and graphically, creating intelligent drawings.

Responsibilities:
Testing a print, print preview interface for the existing VisionFM Viewer (an ActiveX control which
displays CAD drawings), Testing of VFMCAD.DLL, a business layer between VisionFM software and other
CAD systems like ACAD and IntelliCAD.
The class implementation of this DLL is based on ObjectARX for ACAD.

A plant reporting system. The project was initially a MS Access database application and was
redeveloped
as web-based database application (three-tier client/server system, MS SQL Server).

Responsibilities:
Wrote an utility for storing/loading data from the OAES database. This improved considerably the
time frame for processing the plants daily reports, test debug, corrections related to SQL queries,
VBA modules.

Responsibilities:
Improved the existing color tables so that the application could work properly for different display
settings (256 colors, 16-bit and 24-bit color). Added linear profile and free hand selection in
specifying regions of interest on the image surface. Added the PlaybackMode feature used in
analyzing raw data already acquired and generating new derived data (ratio images).

Project: Felix
A data acquisition and analysis system using optical building blocks for fluorescence measurements
in 2D graphics.

Responsibilities:
Heavily involved in debugging existing project, updated existing project with user-specified
revisions, interact with physicists, biologists, and engineers in analyzing raw output from data
acquisition, worked on 16 to 32 bit conversion for Felix software.
Developed an extension of existing MFC classes to support resizable dockable toolbars. The purpose
of this DLL was to
improve considerably the GUI of the existing project.

Project: Ratio Fluorescence Imaging (ImageMaster)
A real-time data acquisition and analysis system using optical building blocks (monochromator,
microscope, camera) for fluorescence and general imaging measurements. Fluorescence is a powerful
technique for studying molecular interactions.

Responsibilities:
Wrote "Cooled CCD Software", a DLL component for the existing imaging system to support acquisition
from "Photometrics"
based cameras. These cameras all come with their own PCI controller card and all cameras functions
can be controlled
utilizing PVCAM interface (Photometrics Virtual Camera Access Methodinterface). Provided technical
support and training to
customers on related issues.
