- Analysis of functional requirements for migration of SAP HCM to Workday.
- Created Supervisory Organizations, Cost Centers, Location and its hierarchies. Configured and Tested Business Process and notifications in core HR: Hire, Job Change, Termination, Create Positions, Termination, & Contract Contingent.
- Staffing Model: Position and Job Management and maintain the hiring restrictions.
- Define the job profiles, job families and job Family Groups. Configuration of absences and Leaves, Time off and Time Tracking. Managed on Personnel Info, Government ID’s, Visa ID, Passport ID and Disability Status. Created the Outbound Integrations (EIB/Custom Reports/Calculated fields) to Vendors.
- Software development; initiate design, provide validation/testing and support rollout of development units.
- Conduct discovery sessions with client to determine pain points and diagnose how workday can provide.
- Assist the client and the Integration team with configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other 3rd party/custom solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise regarding key business process decisions related to industry and/or functional areas.
- Work with clients to help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the Workday solution.
- Manage the data conversion process to upload current and historic data in to Workday.
- Interpret and complete vendor provided data migration workbooks.
