Supporting various projects (Accelerometers, Pressuresensors, IMUs, Partical Sensors, ...) from concept to massproduction doing the following tasks:
- Providing results in the contracted timeframe (project plan)
- Define ASIC WLT specification and test flow
- Define ASIC Characterization test specification and test flow
- Define ASIC Qualification pre&post-test specification and flow
- Define ASIC lab test specification and test flow
- Develop ASIC WLT solution: SW (test program) and HW (probe card for engineering and production)
- Develop ASIC Characterization solution: SW (test program) and HW (probe card, load board)
- Develop ASIC Qualification pre&post test program
- Develop ASIC Lab test solution: SW (test program) and HW (load board)
- Test pattern generation (preparation, generation, simulation) and manage test pattern delivery (validation, version control)
- Define, implement and continually optimize ASIC test development working instruction in daily work
- Define and select tester platform & configuration according to ASIC test specification
- Define and select lab tester and configuration according to ASIC lab test specification
- Bring up ASIC WLT to production release according to BST ASIC development and release process
- Bring up ASIC Characterization and complete all relevant ASIC characterization test, data collection and data analysis with support of ASIC product engineer
- Support in series production phase on: WLT yield issue, tester platform transfer, test time reduction, test related excursion
