Position: Lead Platform Engineer
Lead Platform Engineer is responsible to help Kenzan to build a Platform As A Service on top of AWS (or cloud service) using Netflix OSS Stack, CI and Automation tools. The work would involve developing and supporting activities as well as documenting all aspects of the runtime platform so it can be handed off to Operations and Monitoring groups of clients.
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
 

• Administer configuration of all software & services in various environments
• Maintain quality of all PaaS components involved
• Analyse all platform level changes and monitor impact for same and provide appropriate technical solutions to resolve all issues efficiently.
• Evaluate and document configuration and policies and provide appropriate technical solutions
• Daily and weekly status reporting on activities
• Collaborate with clients, understand requirements and provide solutions.
• Provide documentation of services built to be used for handovers to other teams.
• Provide solutions which are scalable and Manageable.
• Use only approved software and tools.
• Inform of any issues detected to management along with solutions in timely manner.

Lubel Industries offers services in publishing and computing systems, offer support in infrastructure and systems, and offer consulting, hosting and support with publishing online, advertising operations and SEO.
 
Position: Senior Systems Architect
SSA is responsible for pro-active independent support of all infrastructure components managed by Lube Industries.  Individual will be expected to maintain an up time of 99.1% of all systems as a minimum. Responses to break fix situations will be required within designated SLA times per client (typically 15 minutes to one hour). SSA will also be responsible for researching, implementing and improving solutions provided by Lubel to its clients as well as its internal systems.
 
Roles:
 

• Infrastructure design, deployment and maintenance
• Application component design, deployment and maintenance
• Capacity planning and forecasting
• Monitoring, response and support

 
Responsibilities:
 

• Monitoring of all server and application components
• Inventory and status of infrastructure components including servers, disk, computer (RAM, CPU), forecasting and recommendations on growth up or down for all systems
• Develop, implement and maintain backup solutions
• Compliance with requested standards including: SOX, SAE-16, HIPAA
• On call support during US and India time zones 5 days a week
• Daily and weekly status reporting on activities
• Management of hosted infrastructure in virtual 3rd party solutions including: Internap, Metro Atlantic, MS Azure, Amazon AWS, Rackspace, Dreamhost, SoftSys, Linode and others as needed
• First and second level support for all Lubel clients and Lubel internal employees
• Third level support for selected Lubel clients and all Lubel internal infrastructure
• Support of technologies in use by clients and Lubel, including but not limited to: Windows, Linux, MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, Nginx, Apache, PHP, Ruby, Perl, Java, .Net, IIS, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, Cisco ASA, VPN, SonicWall etc.
• Fight evil wherever it is encountered be it viruses, malware etc. by implementing best practices in secure systems
