- 20 Jahre hands-on Erfahrung als Consultant und Interim COO / Ops Director in den Bereichen Turnarounds und (digital) Transformationen in einer Vielzahl von Industriesektoren und funktionalen Bereichen weltweit. Hierbei in der Praxis durchweg das „best of“ von verschiedenen Projektmanagement-Methodologien (SCRUM / Agile, Prince 2), Lean / Six Sigma und Change Management Methodologien (Prosci ADKAR) angewandt
- Bereits zigfach verantwortlich gewesen für den Aufbau und die Führung von PMOs (Multiprojekt-Management Zentralen), oftmals in hochkomplexen und auch „politisch spannenden“, internationalen „multi-site“ Firmenumgebungen
- „Deep Generalist“ Ansatz, welcher immer end-to-end ist und die kommerziellen, operativen und IT-Bereiche mit der Strategie verbindet.
