Implement competency-based recruitment initiatives while employing personal expertise in
Behavioral Event interviewing techniques and complex Personality Traits Assessments to align
company objectives with best matching personnel.
Plan, budget, recruit prospective employees for various levels of corporate hierarchy.
Manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities in UAE, Nigeria, Kenya, Srilanaka, Saudi Arabia,
and India including: planning, budgeting, workforce filling, documentation, personnel records, newhire
boarding, terminations, visas, employment contracts, compliance, and policy and procedure
education.
Apply Cross-team collaboration skills while working with management and other departments
regarding restructuring organizational chart, managing risks, legal compliance, and aligning overall
company objectives.
Facilitate Telecom projects (special projects that are client-specific) while fulfilling strict
requirements and maintaining superior customer relationships.
Execute diverse Project Management tasks ranging from successful innovative recruiting initiatives
to complicated consultancy with IT Security, Legal, Contracts, and training.
Accurately maintain complete employee documentation through meticulous compliance of updated
personnel files which includes record-keeping on leave, attendance, and employee-specific,
transactional data.
Manage employee on-boarding, termination, and compliance procedures from start to finish.
Coordinate extensively with company's Immigration Department regarding Visa compliance and
other immigration issues.
Design, adjust, update, and implement company's HR standards, policies, and guidelines regularly.
Assist in constant and dynamic overall restructuring of company's organizational chart with
consultation with management and function leadership.
PROLOGIX: ADMINISTRATION AND LEGAL AFFIARS (REPORTING DIRECTLY TO CEO OF PROLOGIX)
Report HR operations management involving Prologix's locations in Nigeria, Kenya, Srilanaka, Saudi
Arabia, and India.
Assess, manage, and report various risks associated with business formations for Prologix and its
affiliates, including AMC for Nigeria, Srilanaka, UAE, Saudia Arabia, and India.
Research, manage, and monitor precise records and statistics involving the provision of labor, falling
under the purview of Human Resources and general employee data.
Assess company's employee benefits, while providing required reporting on end-of-service benefit
analysis as provided by law.
Closely monitor company's labor and vendor contracts regarding conditions, performance, and other
provisions while maintaining professional communications with all parties involved.
Track and monitor legal compliance with labor law issues regarding hiring, terminating, visas,
contracts, reviews, company policies and employee guidelines, benefits, counselling, salary, privacy,
and other legal issues that arise on a daily basis.
Facilitate and manage company-wide performance reviews including assessment policies and
procedures, timing, remuneration, post-employment, personnel documentation, and salary
increases.
