Managed collaboration with third party service providers (logistics, App develops, SMS, email, and E-transactions).

Global IT Governance Model
Led a project to develop and implement a harmonized IT Governance Model which serves as a blueprint for Airbus Group subsidiaries worldwide. The model is a framework for organizational harmonization and standards convergence that enables shared IT services in 15 countries.
Strategic Organizational Development
Redesigned a global organization with 24 employees from it’s mission down to the individual responsibilties of its members triggered by a changing stragetic expectations.

Configuration Management Harmonization
Managed transnational requirements, negotiated solution specification with 3rd party build team, and planned usability sessions for a Engineering Change Management Tool. Developed KPI measuring improvements which showed a 23% duration reduction for typical product changes.
Offshore Engineering Improvements
Managed european and offshore representatives (Mobile, Alabama, USA) in order to clearly identify improvement opportunities. Drove requirements definition from a process, systems, and organizational point of view. Subsequent strategy, and supporting business case, was sponsored by the CIO and improvement initiatives were launched.
PDM/DMU Systems Robustness
As PMO, conducted transnational workshops to determine process and systems improvement opportunities, conducted “As-Is” analysis of the issues, established monitoring, defined improvement objectives, initiated and tracked improvements. Project eliminated 20% downtime of the engineering environment which impacted 5,000+ engineers.
Electrical Process Plateau
Defined and secured the operational procedures to recover, cleanse and migrate legacy product change impact data. Led a team of 4 subcontractors to operational drive the activity. Performed awareness and training sessions for management and designers resulting in improved data quality.
