Main Responsibilities
* Improve operational efficiency and
* Increase profitability (BNI)
* Special Operations / Project Solutions
* Director Strategic Business Development
Responsibilities include:
* Developing process improvement initiatives, performance goals
and objectives to achieve customer promise expectations and
ensure customer satisfaction
* Communicating sales targets, policies & market insights to
employees and act as the primary information source for the
team, maintaining compliance and consistency and taking
corrective action when needed
* Work closely with various departments such as marketing,
contracts management, business intelligence, bid management and
central recruitment
* Establish and maintain an ongoing sales funnel of targeted and
qualified Sales Leads
* Build customer trust and relationships while progressing
opportunities with speed and therefore
* Being able to build, create and verbalize staffing solutions
and the value they represent for the client
