- Development, implementation and communication of HR and compensation philosophies & policies derived from company strategy and business issues; M&A due diligence and Change Management; definition of deal statements; new design and update of role profiles as well as definition of role impact statements for national and international assignments; headcount planning as well as personnel marketing, search, selection, negotiation of employment/recruitment, outplacement of executives and specialists

- Design and implementation of exit interviews and feedback processes; retention and talent management as well as consulting in career management; definition of career ladders integrated developed with existing and new designed/optimized talent and skill management systems, title structures, competency frameworks, job evaluation systems, and salary systems

- Compensation planning and employee satisfaction for tariff/exempt employees and for executives; design/optimization, implementation and communication of bonus and commission schemes with regards to business performance and the performance management system; clarifying line-of-sight and the team performance within performance management

- Benefits optimization and vendor selection with special focus on company car policies and cafeteria systems; conduct of surveys and market assessments/benchmarks esp. for executive, management, professional and para-professional jobs and expats in high-tech companies, the financial services sector, consumer goods companies etc.

- Consulting in career and talent management; design of individual contracts and collective agreements as well as design/update of compensation guides/employment policies incl. visa; enhancement of HR quality standards incl. training and coaching
