As a Project Delivery Manager I have been very pleased to start to supervise Carmen quite recently as Design Lead in one of my projects.
I have to say that I was impressed with Carmen’s hard work, high degree of commitment and strong BI skills since the very beginning even when she was not working for me directly. Very soon she made her way in the company to be seen as one of the key BI Designers due to her valuable BI knowledge and good interpersonal relationships being a point of reference for the Business, Project Managers, Solution Architects and rest of the BI team.
Now that I have the pleasure to be her direct supervisor I can reinforce the above message and also be aware of the great qualities that Carmen has as an individual and as a professional.
