This letter serves as my recommendation for Carmen Rodriguez Lopez. I have known Carmen for the last 9 months since she joined British American Tobacco as BI Senior Solution Designer.
As a Project Delivery Manager I have been very pleased to start to supervise Carmen quite recently as Design Lead in one of my projects.
I have to say that I was impressed with Carmen’s hard work, high degree of commitment and strong BI skills since the very beginning even when she was not working for me directly. Very soon she made her way in the company to be seen as one of the key BI Designers due to her valuable BI knowledge and good interpersonal relationships being a point of reference for the Business, Project Managers, Solution Architects and rest of the BI team.
Now that I have the pleasure to be her direct supervisor I can reinforce the above message and also be aware of the great qualities that Carmen has as an individual and as a professional.
Carmen is a very honest and reliable person. Her level of integrity has helped her to gain the respect and trust of her whole team and supervisors.
Carmen is also a very responsible individual. I have the certainty that any task/ project that falls under her responsibility will be a success with no doubt. Her dedication and willingness for personal overcoming will make her accomplish any challenge.
She is also very flexible and open minded being able to work in changeable environments with lots of uncertainty. She has been asked to move form one project to another or lead requirements gathering or estimates in areas completely new to her or with no clear objective. At every time Carmen has demonstrated a rapid and very satisfactory response, taking control of the situation easily, organizing the work and maximizing the team performance with her energy and perseverance.
I would like to mention her good communicaton and interpersonal relationship skills. She is very appreciated by her team as she is always ready to help and in terms of communication she knows how to transmit the right messages to the right audiences at the right moments.
All the above make Carmen a valuable asset for any team/company and therefore she has my highest recommendations. I would recommend her for IT Project Management or Team Lead positions with no reservation. She will be obviously a great loss for my team and the company but I will fully understand and support her if she needs to move due to personal reasons.

Carmen has worked under my supervision during a period of a year, as BW Consultant in a Holcim worldwide project, her development turned out to be very satisfactory both for the signatory and for the company that it represented.
