Tasks & responsibilities related to Talent Acquisition:
* Hiring of 80+ positions (Executives and Developers/DevOps,
POs, UX/UI-Designers) within 18 months
* Hiring, shaping and leading the initial Talent Acquisition and HR
team (4 people)
* Conducting and being accountable for 1500+ interviews, events &
panels
* Introducing active sourcing with an individual response rate of up
to 55% for tech-recruiting
* Selecting & setting up recruiting and HR tools against pre-defined
corporate standards (SAP, Xing) by following a lean startup
approach (Bamboo HR, Lever, Greenhouse, LinkedIn)
* Defining processes, structures and KPIs for a data-driven end-toend
tech recruiting
* Setting up interview processes based on qualification, behavior
and motivation (based on Amazon's STAR-technique)
* Providing internal workshops: interview trainings and recruiting
best practices
* Representing DKB CodeFactory and sharing its recruiting best
practices at several tech recruiting conferences
* Shaping a basic employer brand
* Supporting team acquisition from a merger
Tasks & responsibilities related to HR / People & Culture:
* Defining roles & responsibilities for all positions at DKB
CodeFactory, including organizational structures of its teams
* Introducing Squads, Tribes, Guilds and Chapters (Spotify Model)
to the company
* Initiating compensation & benefit system against corporate
standards
* Leading negotiations for contracts with partnering companies for
software licenses, HR tools, job fairs and freelancer agencies
* Taking part in career development as well as exit talks
* Supporting the introduction of OKRs / ODPs to the company
* Building initial processes among the entire employee lifecycle
* Fostering a learning culture (library, learning budgets, tech talks
etc.)
