  • Senior program manager of large complex programs/projects; Budget > 100 M€ and >120 FTE.
  • Deutsche Bahn – Lead Development of the digital business service practice (and plattform development). Radical new entrepreneural capability devloped greenfield to transform legacy organisation. All dimensions of an entreprenuerial and organisational change (according greenfield approach – with new vision and TOM: service business modells, processes/governance, organisational setup according agility and devops principles, new roles and competences, leading edge technology. Radical renewals: sales attitude, business consulting, market/customer research, service portfolio development, business modelling.
  • Spearheading global organisational transformation of a leading swiss bank; a global change the  IT provider (>4000 FTE). Starting point a local focus with technology mindset, endpoint an IT service provider with a globally streamlined organisation, processes and roles according strong service oriented principles and cultural spirit. 
  • Lead very large and highly complex outsourcing/transition programs of a leading swiss IT provider.
CTO/Market CIO of Swisscom IT Services – with strong market service focus. Changing the IT delivery organisation to a best in class services delivery organization including service delivery portfolio, processes, roles and IT service capabilities with significant economy of scale. Contributed to make Swisscom IT Services number 1 IT Service Provider of CH. Managed organisations of > 350 FTE.

Advise the way of Service Disruption of internal IT service provider of largest T&T&Logistics enterprise Germany to empower the entrepeural capabilities  to their strategic positioning as a service integrator and innovator including profound customer orientation and servant spirit for the Deutsche Bahn. 

Travel, Transport and Logistics (July 2016 – March 2018)
Designed a new business model of an agile digital service broker and led the change/implementation program including all aspects of an brokering operating model the become the digital service broker DB. The model focuses the new way of business consulting, consultative selling towards core functions service brokering, integration and orchestration of internal and market services.  Impacting a radical refresh holistically of processes, governance, service portfolio, business architecture, roles and competencies and the financial flow, changing from CAPEX to OPEX. Expecting to generate new revenue of 100M € in 2022.

Advising internal CTO of internal IT service providerto setup CTO mandate, positioning and organisation to domain structured organisation to generate best value for the mother company.

Financial Data Systems (March 2016 – August 2016)
Definition and lead of implementation of a data architecture compliancy and risk governance framework for a transition to global managed storage cloud services according the requirements global financial regulatories. Context: Transition program for a large global Swiss financial institute – data flows, storage and management, radical change of processes, cloud services, employees transitions.

Managing Director,  Managing Director, direct team of 8 to 10 in defining and implementing roadmap for tactical IT modernisation and automation program. Lead IT service operating model design and organisational change for the global internal UBS Infrastructure Service Provider - from engineering mode of operation toward customer- and service focused performance; steering creation of new service design models and their implementation.

SWISSCOM IT SERVICES, Bern, Switzerland · 1998–2013; Chief Technology Officer, IT Services Group (2007–2013)
Led a division of 7 departments in all phases of IT strategic lifecycle, implementing sustainable IT governance and management of new service delivery solutions (full stack & skills & processes) while steering development of service architecture and associated innovations all with very strong customer-market focus. Portfolio of end-user workplace services, hybrid cloud services, and data center services, data management & storage services. 

SWISSCOM IT SERVICES, Bern, Switzerland ; Project / Transition Manager, SBB Los Desktop/Sourcing 06 (2006–2007)
Led a very large and complex transition project for  Swiss Railway Company, managed transition with a staff  of over 200 FTEs. Coordinated intensive takeover of client’s desktop/workplace and SAP services sucessfully from the former Service Provider IT-System.
