To whom it may concern,
I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering from TOBB University in Turkey. As an individual who is interested in continuous professional development, I have dedicated more than 10 years of my career to working in various engineering areas. Whenever I find an opportunity, I always join training or professional development programs. Over the course of my career I have participated in many important projects. I have worked in one of world’s leading household appliances company’s, Arçelik-Beko, dishwasher plant.
Nine years long, I was a member of R&D System Design Team. I have learned here strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in high-pressure and challenging working environments. I worked on designing and application of hydraulic and drying systems for a dishwasher. I was responsible for designing program algorithms.
In addition, I am working as a component designer. Within the framework of this task, I have not only designed new dishwasher parts but also made improvements on supplied components. Thanks to these designs, I have 54 patents/patent applications.
Between years 2016-2019, I was head of acoustic laboratory. Noise level determination of products, alternative material/company studies for both cost and noise level reduction, benchmark studies, vibration tests were some of my important responsibilities.
Currently I am working by R&D Structural Design Team with responsibilities of market requests and new market projects. Furthermore, I manage all cost reduction and material improvement process for the plant. I have gained an extensive experience of leading teams and training staff members to develop their competencies in line with the needs of the organization.
Since the beginning of my working life, I have become the leader of many large/small scale projects. From the conceptual design phase till serial production I have coordinated not only all departments in my company but suppliers as well. As the project leader, I ensure the projects to be completed in accordance with the plan.
From the beginning of my Arçelik Dishwasher Plant journey, I am a part of intellectual property studies. I started as a researcher, now I become head of dishwasher plant intellectual properties process. I work as a bridge between Intellectual Properties Department and Dishwasher Plant. I am always able to successfully identify engineering solutions to recurring patent issues, which means I can lead the designers to make their new designs without any risk of infringement. Also, I am making benchmark studies to detect if there is any infringement.
