SAP MM/ARIBA Procurement Consultant

At present working for Top Pharma based Client Its an international pharmaceutical group with headquarters in Paris (France). In 2014, the group was the fourth largest producer of medicines worldwide in terms of turnover and around 113,000 people work in more than 100 countries worldwide and engages in the research and development, manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceutical drugs principally in the prescription market. Job Responsibilities: • Leading the Transition Phase for SAP MM Module for LATAM Region • Involved in KT Phase, Reverse KT, Shadow and Reverse Shadow process. • Regular interaction with Business and Analysis, review, assessment and Estimation of Business requirements for evolution/Change requests. • Customize SAP Functionality to satisfy business requirements and business process design. • Technical realization of IDOC based interfaces to Different Systems like ATHENA, Manugistics and Rapid Response systems. • Responding to business and user faults within agreed timescales. • Support of live systems as well as upgrades and enhancements. • Involved from the design phase through to the development and post go live stage. • In charge of the SAP MM logistics activities. • Providing support for the integration of ECC MM with decentral warehouse management systems. • Working on functional design in the area of supply and primary distribution. • Implementation of PO release strategy for purchasing indirect materials. Included Finance to review the purchase order after Buyer release. • Work closely with ABAP experts for template design providing proper requirement Logic • Configuration of Purchasing Process work flow including Release Strategy. • Involved in Module/Unit testing/SIT/UAT of the change after development. • Configuration of Purchasing Process work flow including Release Strategy. • Handling Order to pay cycle, Inter-company and Intra - Company flow • Configuration of Pricing Procedures. • Handling Special procurement – Consignment, Sub Contracting, Third Party. • Configuration of Split Valuation and Account determination. • SAP Interface issues with other third party system like EBuy, Farmanet & Coupa systems • Supporting other teams in integration issues on Ariba, Coupa Modules. • Track cases logged, perform problem analysis to identify root cause, and to suggest improvement plan.
