* Understanding of project requirement
* Designing of electrical panels using E-plan software
* Selection and ordering of electrical & pneumatic system components using ERP software
* Discussions and negotiations with suppliers for panel building, plc-hmi programming, field
installation and wiring
* Site visit for DAP and installation planning
* Installation and commissioning of plants with controls automation training to maintenance team
* Communication with suppliers for electrical switchgears, field components, cables & cable trays etc.
* Working in Intrinsic zone area components such as paint mix rooms , booths etc
? Projects :
* M&M Chakan - PCS systems -11 paint lines (using Rockwell Compact logix plc).
* VW Chakan - PCS sytemss - 12 paint lines & Sealer changeover system (using Siemens S7-1500).
* Maruti Udyog Gurgaon - Multidrop sealer system - 7nos with 64nozzles dispensing at a time.
* Tata Motors Pune - Solvent recovery system - 12 paint lines (using Rockwell SLC 500)
