The planning of advertising campaigns for companies with up to 2,600 branches in the area of advertising material (banners, posters, flyers, displays etc.) incl. logistics planning and optimisation (when what has to be where) with budget responsibility of up to € 3.5 million per year and team leadership of up to 4 people.
In recent years, I have advised my clients on the digitalisation of their communication at the point of sale and managed large projects. Digital signage, retail analytics (AI modules, face tracking, heat maps, etc.) and shopper marketing were my areas of expertise.
