My responsibilities at TMPO GmbH included recruiting new employees
for the company's different departments, such as fundraising, sales, and
customer service. The recruiting was based on the needs of specific
campaigns, company hours, sickness, etc.
The recruitment process consisted of screening applications, a short phone
interview, job interviews (either on Skype or in office), onboarding, making
contracts, and handling their personal data. Furtermore, I managed the
company's social media accounts, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter,
and Snapchat, with a focus on recruiting new employees. In addition to
this, I made sure that the office was nice and tidy for the employees, I
planned and executed company events 2-3 times a month, and came up
with nice little gimmicks in the office, so everybody felt comfortable and
nice, ensuring a good team spirit.
I was the only person responsible for these tasks.
