Telecom CRM Consultant (Amdocs CRM)

 12 years of experience in Analysis, Requirement gathering, Solution Design, Development and 
Application Support of CRM Clarify application with core experience in Solution Design and 
Implementation.
• Strong Functional and Implementation knowledge in Telecom and Inventory domain.
• Extensive hands-on experience of Clarify-Configuration, Integration, Complex Parts order 
management and Clarify Administration.
• Extensive hands-on experience of headless ordering process through B2B and Self-Care channel.
• Extensively worked in Development & Maintenance of CRM Applications using Amdocs Clarify, 
Clear Basic, J2EE/Java and Oracle Technologies. 
• Good Understanding of Clarify Architecture.
• Extensively worked on Amdocs Clarify CRM (Classic Client v12.5, v13.1 and smart Client v8.1) as well as involved in Clarify CRM upgrade from v6.0 to 8.1
• Extensive Working Experience in Clear Support, Clear Sales, Clear call center, Polices and 
Customers, Clear Logistics and Product manager.
• Working Knowledge in Clarify Tools Clear Basic, UI Editor, DD Editor and CB Exchange, DataEx, 
CBBatch and technology like J2EE, Oracle.
• Strong experience in integrating with the other systems like TIBCO, Billing, CRBT.
• Works on problems of complex scope, through extensive usage of standard concepts & 
principles. 
• Profound ability to be pleasant with others on the job and to display a good-natured, cooperative
