Working since 20 years in the area of conflict between management, design and development i have build up a lot of strategies to run a project save there. Hands on code, setting up the planning and control it, HR and build up is my day to day business.
My core disciplines are design, coding and managing the process from development to live product optimization. Daily review of metrics and analyzing user date to optimize the experience is a "no question" must.
