I am responsible are all Receiving/In-Process inspections. Regular inspections of the
mechanical and electrical parts and ensured that they were complying within specification and
the receiving instructions. Train new inspectors on various complex issues while performing
inspections. Prepared all reports on the inspection project and the necessary recommendations.
Conducted the entire receiving inspection process such as visual, functional and dimensional
inspection. Coordinated with the management to solve all supplier problems by keeping a record
of the non-conformities.

Working as a Tube shop in process inspector, I was responsible for inspecting
multi-dimensional tubular aircraft components Receiving Inspections, In-process inspections,
First Article Inspections, Final audit inspections inspecting shop prints and validating
layouts using ASME Y14.5. I also conduct investigations on returned material and make the
necessary adjustments in the configuration of non-conforming material to meet customer
expectations. I review material and process certifications for compliance to drawing and PO
requirements.
